    4 months before but I think the trick is to just find the right time for yourself. I had just gotten my teeth cleaned and wasn't allowed to smoke for at least 24 hrs so I made the most of it and just quit. Damn I miss it but I've been off it for over a month now and I'm OK.

    My surgeon made me be 60 days nicotine free. Im on my 6th month smoke free, although I do use a vape just 0mg nicotine.

    I quit over a year ago best thing I've done. I did vape with no nicotine, but 4 days before surgery I stop so that is officially 2 weeks now.
