Anxiety

Hello all, this is my first post. I am scheduled for surgery on the 28th of June. Between the countless appointments and such, quitting smoking, putting on 9 lbs...I have been having major anxiety attacks over the last week or so,is this normal? Any little thing sets me off into a boo hoo fest...

Feelings going through me right now excitement, fear, am I doing the right thing I'm just all over the place.

Can anyone tell me that this is normal and I'm not losing my mind help

  • It was normal for me! I was a hot mess up until surgery. I read success stories, it helped to keep me excited and less afraid. Congrats on quitting! That alone is enough to bring on the boohoos!
