I've been stalled for 2 months as well. I was worried it was maintenance so I spoke to my nut and she said she didn't believe it was, that it was just a plateau. I switched up my diet (average 1100-1300 calories a day, 50-100 grams of carbs and Protein was 60-70), exercise routine and on Monday I started really upping my protein. I'm getting about 90-100 grams now and I've lost a pound in 3 days, finally.

Maybe switch up your whole routine? Have you lost inches though? It won't always show on the scale. I'm in a second stall right now so I get it's aggravating. The last time I didn't exercise for a week and then I started again and I started losing weight again. Have you told your surgeon? They can give tips and suggestions! Sorry you're frustrated!

Up your fat intake? Good fats like avocado, salmon, almonds. Keep carbs under 15 grams ( hard I know) and see if you lose weight

I’m almost 9 months post op. I’ve been losing very minamally the last few months. I’m talking like 4 pounds in the last 2 months. I’m very frustrated. I do admit I haven’t ate great. Starting Friday I plan to do a liquid diet for the next 1-2 weeks. It will make me miserable. But I need to get some losses started again

Has anyone gone back to shakes after several months just break a stall or get your weight loss moving again? Maybe for a week or so? Obviously I know I should talk to my doctor first, but I curious if anyone has done this and how did it work out for you?

2-3 months isn't a stall, it's eating maintenance. Count calories for a week using MyFitnessPal. Everything that passes your lips gets logged including liquids.

Use the calculator here (https://tdeecalculator.net) to find your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) and if your calories consumed are within a hundred of your TDEE, you're eating too much.

It looks like your diet is fine, if you’re exercising at whatever level, that’s probably fine. I’d vote for sleep, and then stress. Both of those have always slowed me down. I believe 100% that the other side is near for you! Good Luck!

You have to regulate your calories to maintain your weight. Your dr will tell you the appropriate amount of calories to maintain. I'm 3 months out and 31lb away from my goal! I'm so excited and the thought of figuring out how to stop losing never crossed my mind but it's something to think about!

I like dress barn- they have plus and regular. I also found some great pants at Marshalls which I always hated shopping in, but for the price it was nice to get a couple of pair of transition pants. I walked away with 2 pair of pants for $33!

I love Old Navy to be honest. I went shopping there with my sister and saw this dress that I absolutely needed but the only sizes were a Large and an XXL. I wanted an XL. My sister talked me into getting the Large and I tried it on at home and it fits perfectly (I should also say that I hate trying on clothes in the stores). I also go to Goodwill quite a bit. I'm lucky that my job doesn't have a strict dress code (I wear jeans most days) so I don't have to buy anything fancy.

I had that problem too. Not as bad but I had it. It helps to meal prep and when you get those urges, eat something you already have made. When you do that, the urge and hunger will go away because you've gotten something in your stomach. And since it's a lot smaller, it takes less to do the trick. Be strong and eventually you will break the habit of running to a fast food place. You can do it. We all can. We just need a little help and a little support!
