  5. I just read up on vitamin B12. Studies show they cause vivid dreams/nightmares. It recommended to take the vitamin early in day, maybe that would help. As of right now, I’m enjoying my vivid dreams lol

  7. My dr said 2-4 days is normal.... try taking milk of magnesia before bedtime (half the dose).
  8. I’d been having very vivid dreams too (no nightmares)..... I just thought it was cause I’m actually getting full sleep cause I’m not working at the moment. ??‍♀️
  9. I had surgery on 6/19 as well. I stayed 2 nights in hospital & was sent home nausea, reflux & pain meds. I took pain meds for 2 days & did very little walking. Was only in pain when used stomach muscles. Today, 6 days post op & I ate my first soft meal, I’m running errands & driving. No problems. I’m a little slow paced & there’s still discomfort but nothing like ur describing. I would call ur dr if I was u.
