  2. I was cleared to swim at two weeks post-op with no issues whatsoever & my incisions have healed nicely since.
  3. I still trying to finish up the Premier protein shakes I have for my preop diet then I’m gonna give them up. I was told not to consume liquid calories and only to drink the shakes in a situation where you have to grab and run. I only drink water now I’ve ditched liquid calories all together.

  8. I put in my weight by scrolling to the bottom of the home page. I use the website. The app was a pain. You can also click on the top right under Account or patients I believe.

  11. Honestly you just need to concentrate on a piece of protein and fresh fruits and vegetables you may need to supplement a protein shake or protein bar to get the required amount of protein a day. You’re totally overthinking this. Calm down take a few deep breath’s all will be good.
  12. You will be just fine! You can eat whatever you want in moderation but be careful with pasta & chocolates. There are many better choices to fill a half a cup every 3 hours.

  19. Time for breakfast! Some sliced avocado, Bananas, BlackBerries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, & clementines mixed in vanilla yogurt, topped with flax seed & granola. Bon appétit!!
