I want some food, just a little taste of gumbo or some of the gravy from something! I don't even care. I still have another week on liquids. I can do this! We can do this!

Im not sure if depression comes from my surgery or just what. I just want to cry and stay in bed. I try to get up and walk and move around But i get out of breath so fast. I just feel helpless and my surgery will be a week ago tomorrow. Well i guess I'll go to bed. Good night.

Went today for my one week Post Op checkup. I got fussed at for not drinking enough Water. I've got to get that in! But I'm down 22lbs. I was excited about that. Of course i think that included the liquid diet prior to surgery. But I'm still happy with the results! Drink more water!

I started back today. It's been a week. Im not on any pain meds though.

Congrats. I hope you are healing and feeling well. The first month was overwhelming but I have no regrets. Just take it one days at a time.

I was feeling the same about my scales lol. But I've noticed a pattern when I'm having trouble with my bowels moving my weight stalks. Soon as my bowels get back to moving the weight start making falling back off. Just hang in there we can do this!!!

Yeah I'm on liquids for two weeks. No soft foods until 2 weeks after. I wish i could have a bowl of mashed potatoes and gravy.

My sleeve is hungry! I can't wait to get off these liquids. That's my only issue! This was the best decision I've made. I tell you You're sleeve will let you know when you drink to fast or had too much! *pain*

So I am 3 days post op! I have come down to one problem that I haven't seen before. And it's dehydration. All I want to do is drink drink and drink more Water. I feel so thirsty. But I can only drink so much and it's driving me insane. I can't even drink my Protein because I fee that it makes me more thirsty.
