Congratulations! Drink water! Drink water!

I started back today. It's been a week. Im not on any pain meds though.

Went today for my one week Post Op checkup. I got fussed at for not drinking enough water. I've got to get that in! But I'm down 22lbs. I was excited about that. Of course i think that included the liquid diet prior to surgery. But I'm still happy with the results! Drink more water!

I had my surgery a week ago today. And when I tell you I am hungry ALL THE TIME. I mean stomach growling and just hungry. I hope tomorrow my doctor tells me I can switch to soft foods tomorrow. I'm so hungry.

Sooooo my daughter has been sleeping in my room with me the past few nights since my surgery and she said she had to wake up a few times to check on me because I wasn't snoring! Now y'all I used to sound like a Mack Truck! I'm really excited!

Im not sure if depression comes from my surgery or just what. I just want to cry and stay in bed. I try to get up and walk and move around But i get out of breath so fast. I just feel helpless and my surgery will be a week ago tomorrow. Well i guess I'll go to bed. Good night.

I'm really just taking it easy. I'm sticking to the doctors orders and just doing liquids. However, I did have a little piece of cheese off of a slice of pizza last night. But i don't want to do anything to jeopardize my health. So I'm behaving. LOL

I'm not strong lol. I will taste and sample whatever the kids have Lol

I'm having the hardest time getting my fluids in. I just don't desire to drink. I'm forcing myself So that i won't dehydrate.

Yeah mine itch too. And that's what i was told it is healing

I got my sleeve on Wednesday, March 22 and I've been using Nasal spray every since. Nose been really dry

Yeah I'm on liquids for two weeks. No soft foods until 2 weeks after. I wish i could have a bowl of mashed potatoes and gravy.

My sleeve is hungry! I can't wait to get off these liquids. That's my only issue! This was the best decision I've made. I tell you You're sleeve will let you know when you drink to fast or had too much! *pain*

I want some food, just a little taste of gumbo or some of the gravy from something! I don't even care. I still have another week on liquids. I can do this! We can do this!

I had it done in Baton Rouge, Louisiana at the Woman's Hospital.

I'm doing fine. Just wish i could move around a little mor, it's such a beautiful day outside. And please take sips of liquids because when you take too much! Look out! Hurt and pain.

Yes mine was March 22!

I wasn't eating nor drinking when I was discharged. Now I'm 3 days post op and having such a hard time.

I'm on Day 2. Still a little discomfort. The trapped gas is the real killer. I keep walking and taking the Gas X. I hope to feel better soon. I'm just so tired.

My surgery went well. I'm just filled with trapped gas which really hurts. And i can't keep anything down.

Thanks you guys for the encouragement and the funny words of wisdom LOL. I'll keep you guys posted.

Surgery is scheduled for tomorrow at 1pm and I'm craving a chicken sandwich and some hot fries! I'm so hungry.
