  1. Cindy, What an inspiration you are!! I am still in the thinking stages of getting banded and I really appreciated what you had to say. Some of my biggest questions now are, what do you eat? You seem to have found the magic formula. I read some of the complications and wonder what is going on? It really seems if you have a great doctor, the band is fitted properly, stay close to your doc and learn the right way to eat things should go fairly well. Thanks for your insight, it was very helpful. Mendy
  2. Yes, we have united health care also, I called to inquire and and only spoke with one person who said under our "policy" with united health care, it was not covered. I didn't even bother with anyone else, this is the first I have heard about being outpatient. I contacted a lawyer, but have had no reply. Keep us updated.
