Glad to see you are doing so well. I'm down 35 lbs. Had my sleeve done Jan. 18th. Lost 15 in a 14 day pre-op.

It all has to do with your weight and BMI. I had to do 10 days but I started 4 days earlier and came myself 2 weeks on the pre-opposite. But that's why some have to be on it longer to have time for their liver to shrink

Yes you can. They want you to get between 60 to 100 grams of Protein

I lost 15 lbs on a 2 week pre-op. It's been 5 weeks today since surgery and I have lost another 18 lbs. It's not dropping like I thought it would. But they say it will. Your body just has to get adjusted to what's happening to it

I lost 15 lbs in my 2 week pre-op but I was also eating my 4oz of Protein meat in the evening with either a vegetable or salad

Your going to be fine. It will be 4 weeks tomorrow for me and your not going to be able to eat and drink like you use too. I still have trouble eating. But as long as im losing weight that was the idea of the surgery. In time you will be able to eat a little more but have to watch what you eat and how much to keep you weight down. Don't won't to stretch out you new stomach. Just give it time. Don't worry
