Just try not to do again. I made the mistake and now fighting to get mindset back to leave carbs where they are and not in my mouth. Has caused major stall.

Congratulations of starting over. I know it will help you in the long run. I would love to help "mentor" you but seeing as I am only 14 weeks post op I really don't know if I would be able to help .

Sorry to hear that. I hope it works out for you. My daughter bought me the Bariatric Foodie Guide To The Perfect Protein shake for Christmas. It has some great recipes n it. It makes them much more enjoyable to drink.

Yes i do just been working so much no time. And the problem starts when i am home. While um out working i dont even bother with extra Snacks. But will try and get back started. That does help and it's not dumb makes since. Thanks

I had surgery feb 13 2013 and im down 221 lbs its been a very hard course but i am mantaing. I am so much healthier now and im greatful just for that. Im at a stand still as of now. My goal is 60 more lbs. I found this app online hoping to find some kindred support.
