Hello from fort myers florida. Looking for a mentor im going on almost 4 years after surgery. And have a block. I recently had a scare in hospital. For almost 10 days i couldn't keep any food down. After 5 days in hospital they couldn't find any real cause for problem. Finally a gastric surgen was sent to my room. I was told that im gonna have to revamp my eating habits. And it really is hard giving up dairy products I love cheese. Anyway i must say ao far three days out i am failling at the attempt to so qhat is needed. So im starting over today. No dairy no meat. I will see hoq this goes. Hoping to find aomwone ro hwlp me continue this journey and I am determined. Juat would love ro have aomwonw ro talk to who can really understand my issues.
