Anyone have views on them? Im 3 years out and still most of my diet consist of the protien shakes. Is this bad? I really cant eat veggies tp dence. And meat most can't keep down. I love watermelon but cut down because i know its full of sugar.

Unfourtantly ass of now have no insurance. But trying to find some way of getting it. Cannot afford visit as of yet. Ither way im working on that also

Sorry to hear that. I hope it works out for you. My daughter bought me the Bariatric Foodie Guide To The Perfect Protein shake for Christmas. It has some great recipes n it. It makes them much more enjoyable to drink.
