I saw this picture and it really resonated with me. There are going to be days when you fall off plan a little bit but all you need to do is get back on that train. I wanted to share this because I think everyone can relate!
This weekend I know I fell off a little bit, traveling is always extra hard on me but today is a new day! I'm back on plan and ready to take on some healthy meals.
Onward and downward!

The full feeling will be similar to being bloated and uncomfortable. While sipping and taking breaks between liquids I would suggest to take the time to check and see if more is necessary at that time. However the bloated and full feeling goes away much faster after surgery. Drinking and eating slow will be important to avoid stretching of the stomach. -

I thought this app would be a positive haven for those who has and are attempting to embark on a new place in their life. I personally don't think that anyone has proof to say if someone's post is true or false. Instead we should be motivating each other and sharing information that could help us all as a team.
