  1. I was sleeved 12/22. Start weight: 303. Surgery weight: 292. Current weight: 278. I've been stalled for over a week now :/ I feel like I haven't lost what I'm supposed to have lost. Anyone else in the same boat? My NUT and mom say my body is in shock and just trying to catch up but I can't help but be discouraged. I'm having trouble getting all of my calories in which may have something to do with it.

    calling all December 2016 sleevers!

I was sleeved 12/22, would love to join!!
  4. This happened to me a couple nights when I came home from the hospital. I think it had something to do with low blood sugar, and at that point I wasn't getting enough nutrients or fluids the day prior to waking like that. Sorry I don't have more to offer!

@@sasharbinx do you take pills? Chews? Dissolvable tabs? And do you take them all at the same time?

    Protein shake

Sugar free and 15 grams seems good. I am 10 days post op and I drink premiere because it has 1g of sugar and 30 grams of protein.

    10 days post op...question

Thanks everyone for your encouragement!! Speaking of Vitamins.... I was an avid Vitamin taker before surgery but I haven't gotten the hang of it since I've come home from the hospital. What is standard to take daily? I know this varies for everyone and I'm seeing my nut on Thursday, just wondering what is best for all of you.
  8. Hi! I'm new around here. I researched and researched and researched this procedure for a good two years and I feel like it only kind of prepared me for what it's actually like. I am able to get a little over 32 oz of Water in and two 11 oz premiere Protein shakes in a day and from the morning of the hospital I've lost 11 lbs. Is this normal?! I feel like I haven't lost what I'm supposed to for some reason. It might be in my head, but I've had this anxious feeling like "what if this doesn't work for me?" Also, I feel very low energy. I go back to work on the 9th and I'm worried I'm going to be yawning all day. Thanks in advance for any advice!
