@@bypass, EAS was on my approved list and one of the few shakes I could handle during my first month. But I wasn't meeting my daily Protein goals so I switched to Premier which has 30 grams of protein instead of 17. Four + years out and I still use Premier to supplement protein intake.

I can't do any of the premade stuff, sadly. I get a powder (about time sdc ) and mix it into either soy or almond milk
