  8. Of course! And it's so easy. You just toss everything and and let it simmer. 1 pack of thin slices chicken cutlet ( family size) 1 tbsp of butter ( I used light) 2 tbsp of Dijon mustard 1 cup or more of white wine Sprinkle of parsley 1 lemon squeezed 2 packs of scallions chopped 1 chicken boullion I take the chicken with some of the sauce and purée it and it's amazing!!!   10. So I remembered a dish that my mom used to make when I was little and used to love and asked her to help me make it. This dish is perfect since I am in the purée stage. It's chicken cutlet in this amazing wine sauce that is soooooo easy to purée. I am so happy to be able to eat something that I can enjoy! Just had to share!   16. I read that sometimes the stall is caused by not eating enough calories. Your body goes into starving mode if you don't eat 800 calories or something like that.   19. 29 days post op- 191lbs The learning curve is insane. I forget how much to put on the spoon and end up taking too much and then the stuck feeling or eating to fast....   24. Not me. I'm 3 1/2 weeks post and am having trouble with just the shake. I keep forgetting to eat. Like yesterday it was 2pm before I realized that I hadn't eaten or even drank my shake all day. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
