    Anything that is chewed up easily and doesn't take up a lot of room in the stomach like crackers, cookies, etc. It seems like you can never get full with these types of foods and overeat.

Sliders are foods that you can eat a large portion of without feeling restriction or fullness. Junk food (chips, etc.) is often a slider but it can be anything that fits above description.
