Stage 3.

So I am home now from the hospital. They said to eat slow for about an hour. Question is, can I have a popsicle? And do I need to eat it with an hour?

You should be allowed a sugar fee popsicle because it is a clear liquid. Just take your time and eat as much as you can. I only got through a few bites.

I'm having at least one pop a day. It's summer here and my home doesn't have aircon. Not only are they refreshing they're hydrating! The hour guideline I think relates to not grazing constantly all day. Eat what you can within that hour before moving on. That's just my interpretation - maybe call your dietician if you're still not sure.
