  1. Had the same thing, fhis was my biggest killer. I started eating pureed food and it all went away, it was basically a sign of hunger for me. I also made diluted fruit juice pops.
  2. Nope. Love's every minute. Where in the world can you lose 50 LBS. in 2 months?
  3. Passover is in 2 weeks.
  4. I make kiddush on Welch grape juice, I mix it with half water. And of course I do a couple of small tiny sips.
  5. I'm almost vegan, I use Dr. Schulze 's (herbdoc.com) protein shake. It doesn't tastes the best, it's mostly made of nuts and other good stuff, Block I mix it with banana and strawberry or blueberry, or whatever I like.
  6. I found that nauesa comes from lack of eating. Eat properly and it will go away.
  7. At the end of day if you don't eat junk for a couple days your craving goes away.
  8. Congratulations! For me it was hard in the beginning, nausea and pain, now 2 months post op, and 50 Lbs. down, am loving it.
  9. 257.3. I was sleeved on Jan. 30. I'm eating a 99% vegan diet, am loving it. I eat meat on weekends (shabbos). I feel better than ever and I never stalled. I do however lose less now than before. I also don't weigh myself daily, only on Fridays. I'm male, and I'm comimg from as high as 308, and on sleeve day I was 302 after 2 day liquids.
  10. I know what you mean, I'm only 8 weeks post op.

  12. I did that 3 days postop, just watched not to cover my stomach.
  13. I'm 6 weeks postop, my multi vitamin is 15 bigger pills, I take them like a champ, divide the in 2 servings throughout the day.
  14. I just had my first alcohol drink 6 weeks after surgery because of the Purim holiday. I'm not an alcoholic, never touch alcohol usually.
  15. I had hypothyroid whenever I was overweight, lost my weight, went away. I NEVER took a introduced which once you tell your body to relax the sintered is taking care, you're putting your thyroid to sleep.
  16. My doctor is very liberal. From 2 days postop you can eat anything as long as it's pureed, that's for 3 weeks and after that it's your pick. I started like 2 weeks post op. No reason why not. I could have done it earlier.
  17. I drink a similar green juice daily, I am almost 6 weeks post op.
  18. I use vitamins from Dr. Schulze, the REAL stuff.

  20. I started feeling like normal 5 weeks post op. Before 4 weeks, I was still different.
  21. I lost over 30 Lbs. in 30 days, but I'm a man. Woman lose less.
  22. You look marvelous. Can't help, but you remind me of Snowden.
  23. I didn't do phase 1. Every surgeon is different. Just do what your surgeon says.
  24. I'm a man, and was still with no energy for about 3 weeks, now I'm approaching my fourth week and it's getting better by the hour. Am almost back to normal. Eat healthy and you'll be fine.
