Congratulations! For me it was hard in the beginning, nausea and pain, now 2 months post op, and 50 Lbs. down, am loving it.

Day 2 for me, feeling a lot more alert today, didn't get all my protein in (still working on it) but I feel pretty good.

Congrats and the future is looking pretty bright too! ?

Welcome to the skinny side of life! I'm in my 5 week of being sleeved and I'm down 31lbs! LG! Life is good

Congrats! It took me a full month to feel a lot better from the pain & soreness. I also lost about 30 lbs my first month. It's so worth it.

Wow , you guys are doing great. I'm really surprised how well I feel. I was expecting the worst. I came alone to Mexico to the OCC, I was glad I did come alone as I didn't have to worry about how my companion or Husband was doing . I just rested and walked. I'm at the same pounds as pre-surgery (which is expected) hopefully I'll start loosing once the inflammation settles down. I drank 2 litres yesterday (day 3) so I'm pretty happy with that.

have a great Day!

3 days post op and I'm feeling great. From reading other people stories I was expecting the worst. I have a headache that I can't get rid of, that's it. Trying to get my my protein in now. Need another brand of shakes. My new stomach doesn't like the lean 25 from gnc anymore. Good luck everyone, we got this!

Premier protein is all I can tolerate. The whey makes me gage like nobodies business!

I couldn't drink the premier shakes after surgery so I got slim fast shakes it thinner I can drink it now a little at a time but I can finish it with in a hour the premier was taking days ! Also I got yogurt pops from whole food which helps add protein to my diet so glad I can finally eat a whole organic soft scrambled egg in the morning! Good Luck to us all! LG!

I'm going to look into the slim fast and yogurt pops, thank you. I also have to find a new multi vitamin, I have gummies and forgot that they are not good to take after the surgery. Someone mentioned a liquid one, just not sure where they got it from.

You might wanna watch slim fast stuff. They have a lot of junk in them and Carbs.

I'm on the Atkins shakes and they have been tolerable post surgery. I got the Nature's Plus chewable multi and the Cal/Mag/Zinc off iHerb and have been able to chew those easily from day 2 post op. I'm on day 3 now and no longer need pain meds. Just trying to sip enough fluids and protein.
