No, they sent the request after everything my insurance required had been completed, also make sure you stay on top of your surgeons office and insurance as they like to take their time. I called to make sure they sent in my request and then after I jade confirmation they had, bugged the hell out of my insurance until it was approved. First things first, I am not some lazy stoner with no life, no. I am a very productive medical marijuana user who mainly smokes at night before bed and yes, I have priorities and a life lol.
(sorry I just always get negative feedback, mainly from some family members I told and probably should have never told lol still love em though.)
My questions are, how is your funtion with marijuana after being sleeved/bypassed? Were you able to use it for pain relief/sleep aid directly after surgery? Are you less tolerable? Do you get the "munchies" still? Did you smoke it or take an alternative route?
Just curious, sorry if I offend anyone. I know it isn't everyone's cup of tea but, I promise I am not a terrible person lol ♡♡♡♡♡

I honestly wish I would've kept this decision a secret from everyone but my immediate family...so much negativity....I can't deal. All I wanted was support and instead I got people questioning my decision and telling me what they feel I need and don't need. And it's truly frustrating and irritating because I'm going to do what I want regardless but all the negativity is coming out impact this journey negatively and I don't need or want it. I can't even talk to one of bff because they don't approve. ✌✌✌

I was never overweight growing up so I never had your issue, but my advice is to just jump and fly. Meet people who didn't know you or know of you before your WL. Go out and meet people. All you need is one person to go out with and meet other people ???? I'll even be your friend although I'm 24 and more like a big sister lol. Good luck ❤

It has been awhile since I've posted a before and after. Hope it inspires anyone newly sleeved as to what is possible. Preop I was a size 22 now I wear a 4.
