    I was recently sleeved in Mexico. I went through a company called Ready 4 a Change. The cost ( $4400) for me included everything (hospital stay and hotel stay and transportation to and from the airport) except the plane ticket.     I just flew home on Southwest from SDO to KCI. Man was it rough!! I went with Southwest cause it was cheaper. I wish I would have gone with a different airline. I usually fly Delta cause I work for Delta and can fly standby for free. That is such a nice offer for you to offer someone else your upgrade.
