Hi I had same gas problem exactly as I describe it . Oh my god . They did tapping on my back n it helped a lot . The hospital had a machine they came in morning n night . And had my sister n brother tap for few min as if they where burping me

Try in an Iranian restaurant or shops they have a great Greek like yogurt to drink has a great tast .

It depends on your plan. If full liquids- hummus is usually not allowed yet. Tuna should be ok once you're on puree or soft foods. You need to blend it to a mushy consistency. Do you have a diet plan from your surgeon? -

Did you have a stall at about the third week post-op? This might be that for you. Everyone goes through it. There will be stalls on-and-off throughout the journey. This is when the body is "catching up" with all of the weight loss and changes.

I used the bumblebee chicken and put low fat mayo in mine and some black pepper it was actually very good and easy to get down today is my first day of purée
