Friend's I need advise I am scheduled tomorrow morning for surgery VSG and ever since I started all clear diet yesterday morning I have had major bathroom problems. This morning it seems to be just achy stomach from yesterday and gasy. I did try a isotech 42 (Vitamin shoppe Protein drink) yesterday and it kept upsetting my stomach so I stopped that.
