Well it looks like my book from Amazon shipped yesterday and it is supposed to be here by 8:00 pm tomorrow. We shall see.

I had to donate my Levi 501 jeans (have always been a fan of 501s) and couldn't find any jeans in the thrift store to fit me. I ended up buying 3 pairs of Walmart Faded Glory jeans for $9.97 a pair. My wife said they won't last but I am 100% sure I will be in another size before that happens. I can't wait until I reach my goal weight and can go and buy a few pair of new 501s. For dress pants, I have gone to the DAV Thrift store, Goodwill, Salvation Army, Value Village and the Michigan Veterans Foundation Thrift store.

So far I have had the crying while talking with people and just today I blew up on my Team Lead. She didn't deserve it, it just came out. The past two days I have been angry and I don't know why. I can't wait for the mood swings to go away.

I don't mind the weight dropping (down 44 lbs since 31 August 2016) but I do feel bad when I go out to eat with my family and they eat whatever they want with no regard for what I can eat. Oh well.
