My NUT has said that I can have some after 6 months post op. I am two months today so I haven't tried anything yet

I worked up until the day prior to surgery and then I couldn't return to work for two weeks (because they didn't want me to drive until after my 2 week follow up). I had my surgery on Thursday and was teleworking from home on Monday. If they would have let me drive I would have been at work on Monday instead of working from home.

She seems to act differently since I had the surgery. I am not sure how to take it.

I am 8 weeks today and it has seemed to stop for me. It only lasted a few weeks with me.

My sleep doctor told me that I will probably always have to wear a CPAP due to the amount of Central Apnea events that I have. I had an oxiemetry test two weeks ago and I am still waiting for the results. This is one of the huge issues with using the VA.

So sorry to hear that. I am afraid of that happening with me and my wife due to me having the surgery.

Like everyone else, I would recommend following your doctor's orders. Your doctor knows more than your friends do on this subject.

It was 2 weeks for me. I dislike taking pills now but I don't have any issues.

Thank you. I came into work today still feeling a little lightheaded. Forced myself to walk and felt a little better. When I got back to my desk I found out that most of my team has been sick since last week. I didn't know that and now I know why I wasn't feeling well.

Had my RNY surgery on 20 Oct 16 and have felt great everyday. However, today I feel light headed (almost drunk feeling) and I had to force myself to eat (only ate dinner). I came home from work sick and went to sleep. I only sleep during the day if I am really sick. I checked my sugar and it was fine. I am hoping that I feel better tomorrow. You are 100% correct. I never realized how bad the addiction was/is. I have been doing great since my RNY surgery but now some things have happened and I just want to crawl into food and just eat until I forget. I know it will get better but as always, it will be a challenge.

I found it. Two GNCs near me had it. One said they didn't have it but called me back and said they had it. The other one had one left so I ran up and bought it. I had one tell me GNC doesn't carry it. I am trying it now. It has a slight taste and it turned my apple juice and Water a milky color. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
