Sleep study

I had my psych appt today and sleep study tonight. Knocking these appts off one at a time!

Good for you! I have no idea how many I have left! My insurance doesn't have a number so the dietician decides when your ready, she said at least three visits. I've got two on the books. Last one in January, and then maybe we can submit! Crossing my fingers!!!

It has been the best year ever not having to lug that thing around with me. Once i started using it, it was difficult for me to give it up.

My sleep doctor told me that I will probably always have to wear a CPAP due to the amount of Central Apnea events that I have. I had an oxiemetry test two weeks ago and I am still waiting for the results. This is one of the huge issues with using the VA.
