X Box 360 Workout

I broke out the old X Box 360 today and used it with the Kinect for an hour long work out. I had forgotten all about it. It was a workout.

    Cool!! Whatever it takes RIGHT!!! I have been kind of off of sorts. The weather is real cold and raining here. Plus I haven't been feeling very good so I haven't walked in a couple of weeks. I usually go 3 to 4 times a week and walk 4 miles every time. LOL I have got to brave it starting Monday!!

    I walked the mall with all the troglodytes this morning. Single digit temperatures with negative wind chills so I didn't walk outside. I thought the X Box was a good addition today.
