Protein Recipes on Biprousa Website

I was going to post this to the nutrition forum and then it asked pre or post op. I figure this applies to all areas so I posted under general discussion

I am always looking for protein recipes and on the biprousa.com website I found several different cookbooks that are free to print. I thought it would mention in case you are exploring protein recipes too.
