  1. Sorry, I don't have Highmark BSBC but I do have BCBS FEP and I know for me it was just a couple of days after I proved I had 6 months of supervised medical weight loss. Hopefully it won't take too long.
  2. My skin feels weird to me. Almost like it is drying out. I know it is winter and skin does dry out during the winter but this has never happened to me prior to surgery. Anyone else have this happening to them?
  3. I have seen them on sale at Home Depot and was wondering the same thing.
  4. I am only 7 weeks post op so I would like to throw my 2 cents in even though I don't have the experience as the others who posted here. To me I would think it depends on the WLS surgery that you had. Lap Bands are going be different than the sleeves which are going to be different than the pouches. The bands and the sleeves are going to be able to return to a more "NORMAL" eating situation than the pouches. Bands and sleeves have stomachs, pouches don't and I believe that we have to take different supplements than they do. So to answer your question, it depends on you and the type of surgery that you had. This is just my 2 cents and again, I am only 7 weeks post op.
  5. From a guys perspective, you look fantastic. I am in the same boat as all of you. I don't see where I am any thinner even though everyone says I am. I took a photo of my face last night and compared it to a before surgery photo. I can see that I am thinner but I think I look old even though people say I look younger.
  6. Congratulations and good luck on your upcoming surgery. You can do it.
  7. Thanks for posting this. 15 Oct 2016 will be 8 weeks post op for me. I have thick hair so hopefully it won't be so bad for me.

  10. Had my RNY two days after you. Congratulations on all your accomplishments. Love the advice that you gave to others. Spot on. The only script I am still on is Metformin and I still use a CPAP. I can't wait to be off both of those.

  21. The program "book" that I have says that I can have caffeine. I must say that I did not think of the high caffeine content in this product. I have never used it before.
