Although we have different insurance mines required not only me to have a formal sleep apnea diagnosis but I also had to have a Cpap machine and comply with a certain amount of time usage.

Thank you kindly and no I absolutely don't work out , in fact I haven't even thought of working out yet! I'm eating so little compared to what I'm use too that working out I wouldn't be good for me at this point.
