  1. I fluctuate between 3-4lbs for a month at a time and then suddenly when I'm not looking at the scale it's gone, plus a pound! Then the same vicious cycle begins!
  2. My ht/wt are the same...stats are to except I've lost 53#. Do you have PCOS by chance, you mentioned hormones.
  3. My date is 10/5. About how many calories do you all costume daily, and protein? I have PCOS hormones are crazy lately but I'm between 800- lately 1100 kcal daily. Protein ranges from 48-90. And I swear fat has left me in all places but my gut! I'm in a 12 pant. And L men's T, yes I've stole all hubbies T shirts!

  7. You will do just fine it's not a quick fix for those less than 250 from what I've seen. I do the same thing off and on. Keep up the muscle gains it will burn that fat, and track on MyFitnessPal... take photos of what you are eating so you don't forget to add it to your diary and evaluate that at the end of the day both photo and diary see what you can change. Good luck!
  8. To those that use MyFitnessPal, and are 5 to 6 months out approx how many calories are you consuming? And what are your macros; do u count carbs, Protein, fats, sugars? My avg kcal is 1100 lately. Carbs 69-89. I would like to keep them between 40-60. Protein 48 to 90. Goal is 110. Fats avg 60. I'm going to do the 2 week Keto Jump Start in my FB Group... then go to strict paleo.

    Actually I've started eating fruit or mashed banana with granola, love the crunch and natural sweetness of the fruit. Its satisfying as well, at times I put both on my fat free yogurt. Bedtime is the struggle, when I get super tired I get the darn munchies and am not as head strong about avoiding my cravings...that started with Ambien many moons ago, I have since gotten off ambien!
