    Extreamly sore back?!

    For the first month and a half after surgery my back hurt so badly. Figured out it was because I wasn't using my abs as I should and all the stress went to my back. It does get better!

    I eat Greek yogurt with granola every morning.
  3. I agree that 600 is too low. I'm 8.5 weeks out and eat about the same amount of calories as you.

    Weight Gain/Stall

    I lost 37 pounds in the first month (including pre-op) and my second month I actually went back and forth gaining and losing a pound. I literally stalled for 4-5 weeks. I was so scared that I wouldn't lose anymore or that this wouldn't work for me but I know it will eventually come off. I am eating good and exercising. I just have to be patient. My surgeon said this was all very normal and to not stress. Stress can make you hold onto weight as well. He said protein first, get 10k steps and take a hot yoga class and chill out. Ha ha! It will come. I am finally down a couple of pounds and am feeling great! It will come off I promise!
  5. Only once right after surgery and that was because I was taking crushed up pills in unsweetened apple sauce. I am 8 weeks Post op.

    I am 8 weeks Post op and can eat around 800-1000 calories a day.

    Stall at 8 months WTH

    You should up your calories. My surgeon says I should be around 800-1000 and I'm only 7 weeks Post op.

    Why no iceberg lettuce?

    Yeah. I want it but not sure I'm ready to actually try it yet. Still can only get in 2-3 ounces per meal. Thanks!
