    getting my sleeve tomorrow!

Are you sure that the liquids have to be clear? Protein shakes are the way to go. I also went to the Chinese food place and got egg drop Soup but strained the eggs out. Delish! Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

    No one told me!

I am 4 months out and had the same thing happen in the beginning. I can't tell you how many times I plugged the toilet up. IT DOES GET BETTER! It still happens occasionally but it got better in my 2nd month and has improved every month since. I took Colace to help it along. Today I will have some fiber with breakfast (carbs or not) which helps. Then just watch what I eat the remaining meals. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

    Clothing changes?

In anticipation for surgery I bought lots tops when Dillards and Macy's were having their 75% off in various sizes (1X, XL, L, and Med). I did this over several months. Once I had the surgery all I would need to buy were a couple pair of slacks and maybe a pair of jeans as I lost. That strategy has saved a lot of money. I have also found that leggings can be worn throughout many sizes with an oversized shirt. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

    Hi, just sleeved!

My surgery was 9/2 and yogurts were fine as long as they had 7 grams of sugar or less. Chobani simply 100 is a good one or Oikos zeros. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

  9. I am a little over one week out post op and have found myself crying for the past couple of days and being very emotional. No real reason for it. Normal? Anyone else? Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

    Unjury is so nasty

There is a website www.weightwise.com in Oklahoma that I order from. I am getting their "powder in a bottle" Protein shakes ($2.00 per bottle) and I love the chocolate ones. Taste like liquid Cocoa Puffs . You can just order a couple of bottles and try them. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

Tomorrow is my surgery :) :(

I am in the same boat sister with the exception that I have minimal health issues associated with my obesity.....and I don't want any either which is why I have elected the surgery. I am scared too. I am already mourning the loss of my relationship and the joy I had with food however it is that relationship that got me where I am today. We will both get through this and fast forward one year when we are thinner and healthier we will why we did not do it sooner. Hang tough and fight through those doubts. You got this.
