    Hi, I am super happy, my surgery date was September 12, so today I am celebrating my first month. My surgery date weight was 257 lb. Today I am 225 lb. A total of 32 pounds in a month. That make me so happy, the last time I was this weight was over 5 years ago. Every thing is way easier for me now, I'm not getting suffocated as I was a month ago, I am feeling wonderful. Thank you for all the support I have been getting from you guys.

    thanks everyone, you guys are so helpful and supportive I really thanks God for each of you here and the support. By the way I am doing awesome on day 4, my only concern was getting my Protein down wich I found to sweet now and that is why I was asking about the yogurt but I end up mixing unflavored Protein powder with chicken broth, the only thing is that is not completly sodiun free but I hope is fine because at least I an getting my protein!!!     Hi, I just got my surgery sept, 12, last monday, jayyyy. no pain, no reflux, nothing, feeling great from day 2. I have a question. Is that ok if I get to try nonfat plain greek yogurt at day 4 post op ( today)?????? thank you.
