    I guess it depends on what you are doing whether or not you are doing something "wrong". Are you tracking your food? Are you following your program? Are you getting at least 64 oz of Fluid a day? Are you getting enough Protein? What is your protein target? Are you taking your Vitamins and supplements as directed? Are you exercising? Are you eating enough to support your exercise intensity? Are you avoiding starches, added sugars (especially high fructose corn syrup), and fried foods? Thanks for replying I am really not tracking my food. Have a very hectic schedule. I don't think i am meeting my Proteins and Water intake. How much is 64oz ? Manage to drink about 1l a day. Dint start exercising yet , planning to start next week. I am not eating any starches, sugars except on my bday few days ago. So maybe you can guide me please. Its scary and frustrating not to lose anymore For me, tracking is critical for making sure I reach my protein target. I use MyFitnessPal, a free app, because it is really easy. My protein target is 100 grams. Did your surgeon give you one? Do you have a NUT? 64 oz is 64 oz! One cup is 8 oz. So 8 cups is 64 oz. Or, 3 20 oz bottles plus more. I do have fitness pal but hardly use it. Guess need to get time for myself Yes increase my protein n fluid intake Thanks for ur help

    Hi guys , today 5th day post op, haven't jumped on the scales Not eating or drinking well enough as I should Please share some ideas and recipes. All i had was liquid yoghurt Half scoop made protein shake, tea and water When it comes to soups do they have to b strained and should they have no particles even minor Thanks for all ur help and guidance
