I guess it depends on what you are doing whether or not you are doing something "wrong". Are you tracking your food? Are you following your program? Are you getting at least 64 oz of Fluid a day?

Hi everyone,
I am 3 weeks out from my surgery (it was on 9/6). I'm down a little over 20 pounds which is great, but I've definitely noticed a stall in my weight loss the past several days. I've read other posts about a "3 week plateau." Anyone else with this experience?
