    Same problem here. I have tried so many Protein products it is unreal. Recently the only Protein I can get down is Atkins Lift protein Water. Lemon is best to me...so far. Each bottle has 20 grams.

    I did! But the last 3 or 4 days I have increased my Protein and it has helped.

If you'll check the Unjury website, they have recipes for all sorts of Snacks and dishes using their Protein Powder.
    It's best to do all that you can not to let old habits creep back into your lifestyle. Once they creep back in, it can be very hard to shake them. You CAN do this!!

    I am a year out, and I have yet to have stomach growling hunger, but lots of times I feel acid reflux, or a feeling of emptiness . Acid reflux wants something to gnaw on, I found for myself, I really had to listen to my body, and try many things.
    I eat or Protein drink 6 times a day
    My acid is bad and take PPI daily sometimes twice,
    For me depending on time of day, I will try a cracker with ham or tuna - I find easy carb helps with the acid, but I don't want to eat a whole lot of carbs, so I will make it with Protein every time
    If I eat like a steak or chicken, I probably will have 4 oz and be lucky to eat 2tbsp of veggies , but if I over eat , my acid comes back in a short time, making me feel like perhaps I am hungry, but I know it's not, so these times I will drink something thick, like a partial shake, or 1/4 cup of milk,
    Empty feeling- sometimes I feel empty- weird description , maybe it's me missing the gnaw of acid reflux ..... And I will try something again thick and then move to Water
    When I am busy I don't think about any of it, and could probably get away with only drinking for days,
    Everyone is different, and you need to find out what works for you!!

    Not very surprised. pop corn and chips tend to be "slider foods". They get through the sleeve very easily without making us very full. They also have absolutely 0 nutritional value. That's why one of the rules is to "fill your pouch with the most nutritious, dense foods first" meaning good Protein, veggies. Once you're done with that you will not be able to have very much of the popcorn.

    Sleeved 7/20....visited doc today, down 24 pounds!!! Best thing I ever did!
