    I have always experienced a lot of hair loss especially after surgery. My hairdresser suggested Biotin daily and to make sure I brush my hair a lot even if it is only one a day. (I wear mine up all day). Use a brush with bristles simular to what grandma used. When brushing brush the scalp. This messages and stimulates the scalp promoting growth.     Same problem here. I have tried so many Protein products it is unreal. Recently the only protein I can get down is Atkins Lift protein Water. Lemon is best to me...so far. Each bottle has 20 grams. Sent from my SM-G900M using the BariatricPal App
