I like Isopure Protein Water. Its like a gatorade but has 40 g of protein. They are a little pricey but you can always drink half and then the other half the next day. i get it at the Vitamin Shoppe.

I'll be 3 weeks post-op tomorrow. I'm not able to get the damn protein in! I was drinking premiere protein and doing ok, but now they make me sick. I bought unflavored powder to mix in soup , oatmeal, etc. however I can only eat 4 bites of those at a time. It just doesn't add up to enough. I was able to try the ricotta bake tonight. Loved it but 1/8 of the recipe (one cupcake half full) was too much. I feel sick now. Obviously, I can't push purée any higher.
Any suggestions? How bad is it that I'm only getting 15-20 grams a day? I'm not hungry, but it is stressing me out.
