Surgery and following our plan is not easy for any of us.
"everything I try to eat is low in carbs and high in Protein or sugar-free" Not according to the day you listed above. I'm not trying to hurt your feelings...I'm saying this out of concern.
If your surgical team/dietician didn't give you instructions. Call them. It's negligent to perform surgery and not give you nutritional information/instructions you need. The goal is healthy, not malnourished.
If your surgeon's office/dieticians office do not have instructions for you...Any of us here can give you our surgeons office number to get what you need to be successful and healthy.

you haven't lost more than 2lbs in 3 months. You might want to call your dietician's office to reevaluate your diet and exercise.
Check your dietician's instructions that you were sent home with. Make sure you are eating and getting the correct nutrition in. Check your Protein goals 60 to 100grams. check how many carbohydrates you are allowed on your plan. Carbs can trigger hunger and cravings. Carbohydrates will slow and can stop your weight loss. Extra carbohydrates will cause weight gain.
In food stage, there is no need to get Protein by drinking shakes. Fish, chicken, turkey cheese yogurt eggs..etc...Only supplement with a shake if you're not hitting your protein goal for the day.
Are you tracking your food and hitting your protein goals?
Here is a link to my fitness pal to help you track. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/mobile/android
4 oz Ruftys low car meat loaf = 243 calories
    string cheese = 80 calories
Steal cut oatmeal = 152 calories
1/2 subway multigrain flat bread = 110 calories
fruit roll up = 80 calories
PROTEIN = 36G (you didn't hit your protein goal of 60g to 100g) Protein will help you to feel full.
CARBOHYDRATES = 73Grams. (Your getting more carbs than protein.)
    Calories = 665.
hitting 800 calories is pretty normal in the first few months.

Been all over Pinterest, not much that I'd like or realistically want to make. Just wanting to see what things others are having. Gives me ideas that I can put together in my own way.

Wish I could love this instead of just liking it. So many of us have that clean plate mentality drilled into us as kids. Getting over that is a huge thing. Sent from my KFTBWI using the BariatricPal App

My wife has been my biggest supporter. But I didn't keep my surgery a secret and was very open with why I wanted to do it. I have found support everywhere, from my coworkers, family, and even some strangers that I run into. Feels like everyone is pulling for me!

Another punster, eh? I actually intended for "beaches" to be read with sort of a Mexican accent, but hey, a vacation thread is fine with me.
Probably the best vacation Mrs. LittleBill and I ever had was a few days of sailing a small boat in Maine, followed by holing up at a campground for a few more days where no one else was around. We laid about all day long soaking up the quiet and reading books. I won't go into the rest of it. Suffice to say, it was a great time without the children.

Call your surgeon to let them know. Hopefully you didn't do any internal damage, but they can best guide you.

I had quite the opposite issue. My wife was hiding in the pantry eating Cookies as to not be eating in front of me. I thought it was sweet of her but I preferred her just go about business as usual. Doesn't bother me at all now when she's having some cookies after dinner. But she isn't offering me any out of respect. Sounds like you just need to have a chat about it, I like to think he's not trying to sabotage you.

I didn't really start to get nervous until I had rolled into the hospital on surgery day. That's when it really hit me. I was so focused on my goal of having surgery prior to that, that I didn't have time to get too nervous. But once I was out of surgery and starting to recover the nervousness went away and I've been on the losers bench ever since. Totally worth it for me!

I shrank out of my wedding ring, felt weird not wearing it. I ordered a package of the silicone ones in every size. So I've been going through those. Kind of nice because if I get then caught on anything it will break before I lose a finger.

#BirdDog reacted to LittleBill in Food Weighing Question
It is more of a volume issue than weight. For example, if you weigh out your food and get 4 oz, you may have 4 oz by weight but not by volume. If you measure by volume, you may have 4 oz by volume, but it may weigh more.
Here is what I did. I would put my food into the blender with enough liquid to purée it. Then, I would measure it out by volume, because that is what your stomach holds. Your stomach does not care so much about weight.
Start out slow and learn what volume you can tolerate, and don't worry about the weight.

Well, that's it. I deem you a complete failure at 2.5 weeks out. I say you go to the surgeon and demand your stomach back!
Look, I get it. It took me 12 months to lose 85 pounds. Then it took me another 3 to lose 7 more before my weight loss stopped. If it makes you feel any better, I've also seen people who lose more months 2 or 3 than the first month. Doesn't make it any less frustrating.
Us 'slower' losers are a special breed. I think we have an advantage because we learn patience and above all, persistence. Makes us appreciate how hard we worked for our losses, and makes us want to work harder at keeping it off. You'll get there. If you follow your program 95% of the time, the next thing you know, you'll be at goal. Once you're in maintenence, it won't matter one bit how long it took
