I was sleeved April 5 down 123 pounds so far I'm already 5 under dr goal for me at one year ! I'm only 25 lbs from my goal !! Great job by the way !!!

I have mine 10:30am on the 5th as well

I have been in a two week all liquid diet . One week I'm down 18.8 pounds crazy !! I don't know what next week will bring . Only had 3 to 4 protein shakes , bone broth cooked with onions ,mushrooms ,garlic then strained .and some Sugar free Jello and popsicle now and then . The third and fourth day were the worst but feeling a bit better . It will be worth it no cheating it's a life change surgery April 5th !!!

Today I'm day 4 of 2 week pre op diet April 5 surgery day . By the end of day of work I'm dead tired and starving for my broth dinner

Just do the 2 week pre op diet liquid only you will lose that weight if you follow to the letter

I started my pre op diet on 3/20 but surgery is on the 4/5 . Today day three has been the worst so far but has to be worth it in the end ! Tired and hungry and nervous !

My date was April 12th but Dr moved it to April 5th !!! 23 days !!

First visit with dr 1/5/17 , couple visits nutritionist Jan/Feb then once with Surgery coordinator 3/3/17 papers filed with Insurance and was approved the next day by BCBS and April 12 2017 is day of surgery pretty fast was planning on summertime at least but sooner is better lighter before get hot is great !

April 12th !!! Dr office faxed the paperwork on Monday to insurance company and I already heard back today !! Crazy...so fast! I officially started this journey January 5th 2017 and my surgery will be April 12! Nervous but excited.

On my last apt dr said to not lose to much more only have like 8-10 pounds wiggle room need to stay at 40 BMI for insurance . They don't want to discourage weight loss . but insurance company's are shifty ! So I have keep an eye on the scale and just maintain for now for rest of March ;(

My journey started in December 2016. At my last apt Dr she said that they will be getting paperwork ready to be sent out next week ! They also are planning on an April surgery if things go to plan with Excellus BlueCross !! I was planning for June July but I guess sooner the better . I'm Happy , scared, excited and ready . I know I will have crazy anxiety weeks prior to surgery but I need this tool . Hw 358 Cw 325 Gw 200/225 Dr goal is 230/240
