    I got lovenox b4 I left the hospital, but I didn't need them at home. Do you have a history of blood clots? With any abdominal surgery you are at an increased risk of forming a clot. Clots can move through your blood stream into other organs and cause major problems, even death. If your doctor thinks you need them, then you should take them.     I was sleeved 5/5 and wend back to work 5/13. I am a Labor and Delivery nurse. Hardest thing was remembering to drink and I was a bit more tired than usual. Otherwise I did well. My doctor doesn't put any restrictions on his patients. Sent from my SM-N910P using BariatricPal mobile app
