    My surgery is September 26th..IM SO EXCITED! but a little nervous.. I want to make sure I'm taking all of the vitamins and get the correct amount of protein my body needs daily..I DO NOT like protein shakes.does anyone have a favorite protein shake that you recommend..and what do you say I need to STAY AWAY from?
