  14. I had my Rny 4 months ago at 44 yrs of age my hw.290 sw.281 cw.207. I had high blood pressure, sleep apnea, osteoarthritis in my knees, acid reflux. Since my surgery all those health issues have resolved or greatly improved. You will do just fine. You will be amazed how quickly you will feel better.   15. The constipation was terrible until I started soft foods. Take whatever laxative your surgeon recommends and stool softeners too. For me it lasted for the first month then it got better. Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App

  22. I'm your age too. I chose Rny because I had acid reflux and because Rny is the gold standard. I wanted the dumping aspect as well. I needed to lose about the same amount of weight as you.
