Very normal. After surgery your body is in a major heal mode. Just keep trying to reach your goal each day. And you will find that you improve each day.

Yep. I did 2 premier Protein shakes with 30mg of protein in them per day and a bunch of Water (getting all that in was a task in it self-i never got enough water). Lived on that for quite a while!

Absolutely normal! It is very hard to do. Just have patience you will get there! I am 7 months post Gastric Bypass, 108 lbs. down... and I still struggle but each month is better than the last. Good luck! You can do this!!!
