I am 10 weeks post op and 61 pounds down. I don't regret it and don't look sick. Here are pictures. I eat clean even though I know I would lose weight if I didn't. I take my Vitamins and drink Water. Sent from my SM-N920P using the BariatricPal App

SIPS / SADI-S LOOP DS SUPPORT
That is awesome! I had the SIPS surgery on 4/14/2016 and 294lbs. I am now currently 225lbs. And so far...Just like you I've had great results and no complications and ABSOLUTELY no regrets. The best thing I ever did for myself. So glad to hear a fellow wls person that has gone through the same thing I have. Sent from my LGLS775 using the BariatricPal App Hi I am a newbie, can you tell me what nutrients you count. I know we dont malabsorb fat like traditional DS'ers. Fmla is the same no matter what in terms of the eligibility qualifiers; however there is a Pregancy discrimination act that makes some pregnancy related conditions fall under the ADAA, qualifying for this entitles pregnant women some consideration as well if not eligible for FMLA Sent from my SM-N920P using the BariatricPal App ADAA - Americans with disabilities Amended Act Sent from my SM-N920P using the BariatricPal App

Pissing off my boss
I am a regional HR Manager, obesity is covered under ADA, you don't have to have the 1250 hours or be working for a year to be able to take a leave for an ADA related illness/procedure. She really doesn't want to mess with ADA. Go there tell her you want to take time off for the ADA related illness, she will be forced to enter into what is called an interactive process with you and your time off will be granted.
