  1. Like stated a few times run to ur local piercing shop and see if they have plastic retainers. This way u keep ur piercings and the Dr's are happy Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G870A using the BariatricPal App
  2. Crystal light does have aspartame in it even the single serve packets. I was checking them today cause I'm sick of Water. But I've found since cutting out soda most flavored drinks are becoming too sweet. I did end up buying the propel single serve packets. They don't have aspartame in them. However it says to add one packet to 16.9 fl, so I added two to my 32 oz bottle and it was still way too sweet next I'm going to try with just one packet.
