  3. Happy New Year, I was Sleeved on Dec 7th and only have lost 18 pounds. I see so many postings of people loosing up 40 pounds. I'm little disappointed but I guess every body is different. Good luck Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using the BariatricPal App I had rny the same day and have only lost 11 lbs. But I also have severe fibromyalgia and arthritis so it's not as easy to exercise. One day at a time. We'll all get there. Sent from my SM-S903VL using the BariatricPal App Yes we will. Have you tried Swimming? Its less strain on your joints but works your whole body. I joined my local YMCA and swim every Tuesday & Thursday Sent from my N9518 using the BariatricPal App Don't have anything like that here, no access to pools. I bought an exercise bike so I'm trying to get at least 10 miles a day. Sent from my SM-S903VL using the BariatricPal App

  10. I'm the weeks out and in only getting between 300-400 calories a day also. Getting all my protein and liquid in. I lost 10 lbs the first week and unfortunately nothing since. Hopefully things well pick up again soon. Getting a little frustrated seeing people dropping weight like crazy and I'm stuck already. Sent from my SM-S903VL using the BariatricPal App I am the same way I was losing weight everyday now I been stuck at 208 for 3 days. I am 11 days post op. Very frustrating I get worried and start thinking what if I don't lose the weight is this surgery really going to work ?!?!? Sent from my SM-N920P using the BariatricPal App That was my fear going into this as for the last year and a half I was only eating one small meal a day. I'm so afraid this isn't going to work. I'm trying to stay positive and hoping the scale starts moving and I haven't done all of this for nothing. Sent from my SM-S903VL using the BariatricPal App

  14. I wore a band for the first week while up and about to help hold everything. Note I try to wear out for an hour or do everyday to help train my stomach muscles. Even when I don't have it on I can feel the difference in my stomach muscles. Just make sure it's supportive, not too tight. Sent from my SM-S903VL using the BariatricPal App

  20. I wish I had advice. I'm having the same problem. I've only lost 10 lbs in two weeks. No cheating, following everything to a tee. Feeling a little frustrated. I know I'm not as active due to severe fibromyalgia. I can only manage 10 min of walking before my muscles spasm and then lock up. I'm not giving up and will continue to push forward and hope that my "big" losses start soon. I did this surgery to help with my back. Hopefully I'll lose enough to be more functional with less pain. I think we all lose at our own pace. I know I completely screwed up my metabolism in prior years by starving myself. Before surgery I only ate one meal a day and I still couldn't lose weight. My surgeon assured me that this will work. So for now, stay positive and stay on track. Do the best you can and have faith that things will happen. Have a wonderful holiday. 23. I have it, didn't know until I had my endoscopy either. Surgeon changed me to rny bypass to prevent it from going any further. I had my surgery on 12-7-16. Sent from my SM-S903VL using the BariatricPal App
  24. Right there with you. I'm 9 days out myself. Plus it's that time of the month, not helping matters. But we will persevere. Sent from my SM-S903VL using the BariatricPal App
