  10. Anyone willing to share the cost of their brachioplasty?
  11. Not looking for a magic pill. Just frustrated that those who are putting little to no effort are shedding ten lbs a week while I'm chipping away at 2 lbs. I know we shouldn't compare ourselves with others but it all honesty it's hard not to.
  12. Wow, that sounds very agonizing. I'm sorry you've been through so much. Really, I feel like you done amazing just maintaining what you have. Best of luck on your reset! We are all cheering for you!
  13. I thought the same thing. Spoke to my nut she said to wait it out. [emoji29]
  14. I'm a little over 4 months post op. I feel like I have to watch every bite I take and exercise for several hours a night to see weightloss. It's frustrating. I know of others that have had wls and are drinking beer and eating whatever and the weight keeps sliding off. Meanwhile I've been fighting with the same few lbs for weeks!
  15. My husband and we're both morbidly obese too. Your situation mirrors mine. I had the surgery and 4 months later I'm down 75 lbs and he has refused to make a single change. Sometimes he gets up some motivation to try for a few days but ultimately reverts right back. Sent from my SPH-L720T using BariatricPal mobile app

  25. I totally understand this feeling. I manage a Central Kitchen and Bakery for 15 grocery stores. We make thousands of Cookies, cakes, cinnamon rolls, sticky bund, etc a day. And it's my job to over see it all and ensure the quality. Sent from my SPH-L720T using the BariatricPal App
  26. What a wonderful inspiring story! Can you tell me what type of unflavored protein you use? I hope to be as successful as you! Sent from my SPH-L720T using the BariatricPal App

  28. I think everyone goes through the 'regret phase'. I'm three weeks post op. It definitely gets better. I was also super nauseous and vomited a ton. It finally eased up. I'm finding what I can and can't tolerate. Fighting the "mental hunger" is very hard. It also does start to get better. Hang in there. I'm happy to chat with you. We could exchange numbers or friend each other on fb or something. You're not alone! Sent from my SPH-L720T using the BariatricPal App
